Return Policy:
We at Artemis Cosmetics are dedicated to your satisfaction.
We offer a
15 day limited money back guarantee, excluding shipping costs.
We only
accept returns of unopened product. This means the seal must not
be
tampered with, broken, or removed. If
a product comes back with a
broken seal, we must return it to you.
All returns must be received within
the first 15 days of the receipt of
your order, in order to qualify for this
guarantee.
To
insure the safety of our customers, and due to obvious hygiene issues,
we cannot
accept returns of opened and/or used products at this time.
We encourage all of our customers to buys samples before purchasing
full-size.
What
qualifies as returnable?
Full
sized items that have seals intact.
Any
product sent to you by mistake.
What
is not returnable?
Brushes
Samples
Used
products
Full-sized
cosmetics or skincare with broken or tampered seals.
Full-sized
sealed cosmetics and skincare that are worn or scuffed up.
Any
qualifying product that is past our 15 day return policy.
Return
Authorization
All Returns must be
authorized by Artemis. Please contact us via email at
sales@artemiscosmetics.com
to get your Return Authorization Number.
This
number must be on the outside of your box. Boxes
received without
return authorization numbers will be refused and returned to
sender.
A restock fee of 25%
will be charged for product returns totaling over $25.

We recommend that all
returns be shipped to Artemis via an insured
carrier, i.e. UPS, FedEx, and USPS
with insurance. Artemis is not
responsible
for any lost or damaged packages that are not insured.
In the event an
insured return package is damaged, the customer is
responsible for
resolving the insurance payment with the carrier the packaged
was
shipped. The method in which you
choose to send your return is up to you.
Damaged
or wrong items received
In the event you receive
your order damaged, please contact us within 7
DAYS of your order receipt.
Please save all packaging materials as they are
usually required for claim
fulfillment. Replacements will be shipped out for
the damaged products, and a
claim will be made with the carrier.
If you receive a product
you did not order, please contact Artemis within 5
DAYS of your order receipt.
You will be asked to ship the product back.
Once we receive the item back, the correct product will be shipped out.
Shipping
costs
We DO refund return shipping charges when a return is due to an error
made by Artemis.
We do not refund shipping charges or return shipping charges on
customer
returns made by choice. (Such
as, an item you decided you didn’t like)
